EZBin terms of use

These terms apply when you download or use EZBin, the Android inventory app made by Red Soil Stack, LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use EZBin on your Android devices, for your home or your business. You may not resell the app, copy it, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break the law.

Free and Pro

EZBin is free for 1 inventory and 100 items, with every core feature.
EZBin Pro is a one-time purchase in Google Play (launch price $29.99, the price shown in the store applies), with no subscription. It adds unlimited items and inventories, lending, custom fields and custom reports.
New installs include a 14-day Pro trial. When it ends, the app goes back to Free unless you buy Pro.
If you reach a Free limit, nothing is locked or deleted: you can still view, edit, print, export and back up your data.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play under Google’s terms, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. If something went wrong with your purchase, write to support@redsoilstack.com and we will look at it.

Your data and your backups

Your inventory, photos and history are stored on your phone. EZBin has no account and no server, so we can’t see your data and we can’t recover it for you. Please use the app’s backups (automatic daily backups and backups you share, for example to Google Drive) and keep copies in a safe place. You are responsible for the data you enter and for keeping your backups. See the privacy policy for details.

Labels, NFC tags and other hardware

EZBin works with some label printers and with NFC tags you buy from other companies. We test what we list, but we don’t make that hardware and can’t guarantee every model, label or tag. Their makers’ terms and warranties apply.

Updates and support

We may update the app to fix problems, add features or follow Google Play rules; some features may change. Help is on the support page and at support@redsoilstack.com.

No warranty

EZBin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t promise that the app will be error-free or that counts and totals will always match what is physically on your shelves; please check what matters before you rely on it.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Red Soil Stack, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from the use of EZBin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time. If you break these terms, your license ends. Sections about data, warranties and liability still apply after that.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
