Using this site

You may browse the site and use its forms and live chat to contact us. Please don’t try to disrupt the site, send spam through the forms, or copy large parts of it to present as your own.

Our content

The text, images, screenshots, logos and code of this site belong to Red Soil Stack, LLC unless we say otherwise. You may link to any page and quote short parts with credit. Other product names, such as label printer or phone brands, belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.

Information, quotes and timelines

What the site says about our services and apps is general information, not an offer or a contract. Prices, scope and timelines for custom work are agreed in writing for each project. App prices are the ones shown in the store when you buy.

What you send us

When you use a form or the chat, you agree that we can use what you send to reply and to prepare a quote or demo, as described in our privacy policy. Please don’t send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive data through the forms.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites, such as Google Play or printer makers, are there for convenience. We don’t control those sites and their own terms apply.

No warranty and limits of liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Red Soil Stack, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this site.

Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of St. Lucie County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
